Who We Are
Kevin Key has been working in the remodeling industry for more than 20 years. With his undergraduate degree in engineering from Texas Tech University, he has an understanding of the structural and architectural aspects of each project. Kevin has a profound working knowledge of each of the construction components that comprise an addition, remodel or new home construction. Kevin began construction work in Lubbock, TX, and then moved to the Dallas area where he has been involved with the remodeling industry for the past 18 years. To fully embrace opportunities to build custom homes for past remodeling clients, he established Key Residential, Ltd. in the Fall of 2010. Previously, Kevin was an Owner Partner of Key Renovations, opened in January 2004 and Project Manager for a Dallas remodeling company.
Evan Ratcliff has played a key role in the everyday operations and directional vision at Key Residential since 2011. He offers clients more than 13 years of in-depth construction experience and project management expertise, and he is personally invested in each aspect of his work to ensure the best quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Evan is a graduate of Jesuit College Preparatory, and was named a "40 Under 40 Professional Remodeler" by ProRemodeler Magazine in 2017. Prior to joining the team at Key Residential, he held positions at Pacwest Homes in Bend, Oregon, and at Sanders Studio in Dallas, Texas.

She is currently serving as Secretary Treasure of the NKBA Texas North Plains Chapter. Katie has grown up surrounded by the remodeling industry and is excited to share her innovative bath and kitchen design abilities.
Clancey joined the Key Residential team in April 2016. As one of the newer members of the team, Clancey will tell you that he is always eager to learn more about our company, our clients, and how to best serve them. Clancey has several years of experience in a variety of construction occupations, including granite, concrete, and landscaping, and now he really enjoys getting to work with the “big picture” as a project manager.
Kim joined the Key Residential team in June 2014 to take over the responsibilities of Office Manager, which includes accounting, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
